Our company is comprised of a staff that holds over 50 years of industry experience. (Doug Davey - Top Left, Dan Swanberg - Top Right, Justin Swanberg - Bottom)

About Us:

Dan Swanberg, previous owner of Swanberg Construction, and Doug Davey, owner of Home Team Northwest Real Estate, have partnered together to form Home Team Northwest Construction (HTNW Construction). Both share the same philosophies in business along with common values and commitment toward client satisfaction. HTNW Construction’s management team consists of Dan Swanberg, General Manager, Doug Davey, President and Justin Swanberg, as Operating Manager. Dan has 29 years of experience in the construction industry with the last 19 consisting of running and operating his own general contracting company, Swanberg Construction. Doug has over 20 years of experience in real estate and is well known and respected by other Real Estate Professionals as well as many community leaders. Justin graduated from Gonzaga University in 2005.
